  • You don’t have to, but we recommend it! We’ve locked in a great group rate with extra perks, and booking with us keeps things simple. Going solo could mean paying more, missing out on events, or dealing with resort fees, no fun.

    1. Initial Deposit – $100 per room (nonrefundable):
    Reserve your room with a $100 deposit. This holds your spot and locks in your preferred room type.
    Deadline: Friday, January 23rd, 2026

    2. Next Payment – 30% of total room cost:
    Due by Wednesday, February 4th, 2026.
    Important: After this date, cancellations will incur a 30% penalty.

    3. Final Payment:
    Your remaining balance is due by Friday, March 6th, 2026.
    After this date, the full cost of the room becomes nonrefundable.

    Payment Flexibility:
    You can make early or monthly payments if you prefer—just make sure everything is paid by the deadlines above.
